The selection of our local brews: Junmai sake “Tōgō” made with 100% Yamada Nishiki rice grown in Misasa town.
“Misasa Masamune” brewed by Misasa Onsen Shuzō.
“Hōjō wine” made at a winery by the sand dune, and “G beer” brewed in Mt. Daisen.

Junmai daiginjo “Kiya”
Junmai daiginjo (300ml) / Hokuei-chō, Tottori / Umetsu Shuzō / 16° / Refreshing and smooth on the palate, our top shelf sake served cold.

Freshly squeezed cloudy undiluted sake
Slightly sparkling cold sake (180ml) / Umetsu Shuzō / It has a condensed flavor of sake rice and a refreshing feeling of “swoosh” when you put it in your mouth.

Seishu / Misasa Onsen / Fujii Shuzō / 15-16° / In between sweet and dry.

Junmai ginjo / Kotoura-chō, Tottori / Ōtani Shuzō / 15-16° / Delicate texture and ripe flavor. Most popular sake.

Takaisami Nakadare
Junmai ginjo / Kotoura-chō, Tottori / Ōtani Shuzō / 15-16° / The bottling is taken from the middle of the pressing, representing the pinnacle segment of the mash.

Tōgō
Junmai sake / Yurihama-chō, Tottori / Fukura Shuzō/ 18° / Fragrant and rich in flavor with a well balanced acidity. 100% Misasa grown crop per a contract. Highly recommended sake.

Special Junmaishu / Tottori-shi, Tottori / Yamane Shuzō / 15-16° / A well known sake featured in a foodie manga series “Oishinbo.”

Hokuei-chō, Tottori / Hojyo Winery / Muscat Bailey A varietal cultivated in Hōjō Sand Dunes in Tottori. Between medium to full body.

Daisen G beer
Kumezakura beer / Won first place in “World’s Best Grain-only Wheat Beer” in 2011. Hoppy with a refreshing aroma, this light colored beer has a flavor that Japanese are familiar with.

Pure malt “Kurayoshi”
Kurayoshi-shi, Tottori / Matsui Shuzō / 43° / A masterpiece with well balanced aromas of refreshing malt, sweet raisin, toasted nuts, and vanilla. The harmony of moderate acidity, bitterness and sweetness spreads onto your sophisticated palates. Barrel type: white oak.

Kurayoshi-shi, Tottori / Matsui Shuzō / 48° / Mild flavor and fruity sweetness. Smokey peat aroma gives this expression an elegance. Barrel type: white oak.

Single malt “Sakura Cask”
Kurayoshi-shi, Tottori / Matsui Shuzō / 48° / Making use of the aroma of malt and bitterness of unblended whisky, a sweet fragrance of Sakura faintly spreads on your palates. Barrel type: Japanese cherry cask.

Hokuei-chō, Tottori / Umetsu Shuzō / 30° / Modest personality with a gentle taste yet flavorful. Hint of bitterness.

Sand dune nagaimo shōchū (Black)
Hokuei-chō, Tottori / Umetsu Shuzō / 25° / The characteristic of nagaimo is very well expressed, rich in flavors, gentle and slightly sweet.

Sand dune nagaimo shōchū Undiluted shōchū (Black)
Hokuei-chō, Tottori / Umetsu Shuzō / 41° / Atmospherically distilled undiluted shōchū. After distillation and storage, no water is added, then bottled. Smooth mouthfeel. Enjoy it on the rocks.

Nokyō
Hokuei-chō, Tottori / Umetsu Shuzō / 10-12° / “Lake Tōgō” area is known for production of 21st Century Asian pears. In a stable climate, a brand of plums “Nokyō plums” abundantly grow. The sake used to produce this umeshu is 100% Tottori sourced. Refreshing flavors and exquisitely sweet & sour taste make this umeshu elegant.

Hana Tenjin
Hokuei-chō, Tottori / Umetsu Shuzō / 9-10° / Completely ripened Nokyō plums are steeped in shōchū for 2 years with a unique technique. Pressed with pits in the plums. Rich and noble fragrance and depth in flavors.
